-Statistical analysis-they have efficient tools that use statistical functions to analyze data. Examples of
some statistical functions include average and median.
-Accounting-accountant use the provided tool to record daily transactions and keep financial records. Accountant can track the values of assets over time, calculate profits and prepare budgets using the spreadsheet tools.
-Data management-spreadsheet contain tool such as sorting, filtering and forms that enable a user to organize large related data.
-Forecasting-it has automatic recalculation features which enable the user to predict happenings using “what if” analysis technique. This involves changing the value of one of
the arguments in a formula to see the difference the change would make on the result of the calculation
